Premier League Preview of 3pm Kick Offs

Man United vs Burnley

Man United will be on a high after knocking out rivals Man City and I expect Mourinho to not make too manages to the starting eleven. Burnley are currently sitting three points above the relegation zone and I can see them slipping into it after this game. I’m going for a comfortable Man United win.

Middlesborough vs Bournemouth

Middlesborough sit just above the relegation zone on goal difference and could do with picking up points quickly so they don’t get dragged into the relegation battle early. They have drawn four of their opening nine games and so will be hoping to turn draws into wins. Bournemouth will be high on confidence after a 6-1 win against Hull and a draw against Tottenham in their last two games. This game is too close to call and could possibly end in a draw with no much separating the sides.

Tottenham vs Leicester

So far, current champions Leicester haven’t had the same success as last year . They have been well beaten by Man United, Liverpool and Chelsea on their travels this season and could well get beaten again at Tottenham. Spurs currently have the best defensive record in the league this season only conceding 4 goals and clearly Leicester have a big task on their hands if they are to come away from White Hart Lane with any points.

Watford vs Hull

Watford have been in fine form lately especially at home. They face a Hull side who are on a terrible run of form including a 6-1 defeat at Bournemouth and a 5-1 defeat at Liverpool. They are leaking goals left, right and centre. Watford are very good in attack and I expect them to carve through this Hull defence and win this game comfortably.

West Brom vs Man City

Many people say there are problems at City having not won in six matches and rumours over whether Aguero will leave the club. They face another tough task away to West Brom today and they will be hoping not to extend that run to seven games. West Brom have been very good defensively this season and have also been hard to beat at home. This will be a close game and could easily end in a draw although I think City will edge it.
